After the neighbors and I have a Sale, we put up a sign that says, "EVERYTHING FREE", during the last hour and keep it up while we pack stuff up and load it into the neighbor's car (to immediately go to the charity drop off). It's amazing what people will haul away and we don't have to load up as much stuff.
