Exactly, Marcy. Until self-published PoD and ebook garbage flooded the net, this filtering process was handled by professional acquisitions editors (of course errors were made -- but hardly 98% of the time). Many self-published works are an insult to the reader, serving only to make good books like needles in an ever-growing haystack. Nel
