Only you can decide if the modest feature changes are worth spending the extra $250 and waiting a month. To me, I'm not sure it would be, but I'm not in the position.
Another point, while the information seemed pretty solid, we don't really have any way to be certain that it's correct or that the launch date will hold, even if it is correct.
