Hello
I'm from Massachusetts and have had an Astak EZ Reader since
March. I am very pleased with it and the support from the company.
I recently had a problem downloading Adobe pdf books from the library and they continued to work with me till the problem was resolved.
I know I will find some more problems and look forward to the help from the forum.
