This was an excellent book but he has been years late with the followup. It was schedule for release in 4/2009 and didn't make it; now it is scheduled for 4/2011, but I wonder if that will hold. The problem with Wind is that it really needs the following books in the planned trilogy. It isn't wholly a standalone book.
