@ mgmueller: Usually I let my right thumb rest on the button in the middle to hold the Opus. The same place where the navigation button ist located. So I actually even need to do less to turn pages since it's just a minor movement of the thumb.
I still prefer the Opus to the the PB 360, both in terms of speed and readability.
