No. I don't have it.
I have an aversion to touch screens in ebook readers. I only hope that my 505 lives long enough for Sony to improve screen technology. i.e., glare and contrast issues.
700 was an abomination, 600 was an improvement. People say 900 is slightly better than 600...we will see.
Although, I don't think it is possible to implement dictionary without either hardware keyboard or touch screen, or having an additional display like in Nook. Between many evils, the touch screen is the lesser one for me. Then again, to each its own. I know for a fact, that some people enjoy 700 and have chosen it over 505
