I used to work for a photo company and had a delivery driver bring in a crushed box saying that he had backed over it. Maybe that is what happened to the poor little iPad. BTW, the box had a $1000 special order projection bulb. To say the least the customer was not happy, we just gave him the Customer Service # for the delivery company.
