Thanks for all the help and suggestions.

Just installed Calibre and added some pdf's seems to read fine tho the font size change from small to med is a big jump. With small being unreadable and medium being about 25%-30% to large but readable with a lot more page swipes. But that's not nook's fault. Pdf's are convenient tho cumbersome for e-readers to decipher.

Another bummer I didn't read anywhere but was one of the selling points for me was cover flow. As I find it faster and visually easier to get to a specific book. Then to find out it's only for bought books B&N folder Bummer!

Added a half-a-dozen scifi and fantasy books from AnemicOak suggested link. Will have to check out the others.

Just hope for continued firmwares to add some things like
By Genre,Folders,bookmarking,deleting books,cover flow my docs,etc...
And doubt a possible speedup of the color lcd navigation?

Ohh well have to realize that the nook is a work in progress and dream it gets to a level that puts more smiles on my old fart face.
