Dear All:
We never wanted to be a Kindle or a SONY. With all respect to those brands... I like to think at least that we do not wall ourselves off like those two. You have this forum and you have me on it daily. Numerous times we have refunded money because a sale got announced and we refunded to people who bought prior to the sale. Never heard that as being duplicated. We poll our end users on this forum, have them pick colors and give input on what they want on future models. In short we listen and try to follow your wants. The competition says "here it is, now buy it". I would hope that the difference is apparent and appreciated!
I cannot and will not say anything bad about the competition. I can say we never ever wanted to be like them. We work hard to be different and to be more open to people who buy or are thinking about buying. Has this made us wildly successful and rolling in money... NO!! But have we ever strayed from being open to the public... never.
