The B&N DRM is a modified version of Adept. Technically any devices using that DRM will also support ADE (sony-style) DRM. Adobe will be adding B&N's variants into their codebase. In any case, you can't sideload to the B&N reader software.

Your only choice at this point is to use txtr. Sorry!
