Yeah, well that's rubbish, IMHO. Here, there's a debate going on about allowing homosexuals to give blood if they have been monogamous for five years or more (I hope it passes, baby steps and all, you know). Personally, I think that there should be no discrimination at all since we need the blood so much, and also considering that the group of people where the percentage of persons suffering from AIDS is climbing the fastest is the retirees.
