Journey To The West, by Wu Cheng'en no doubt is. I actually bought this off ebay recently:

Wikipedia points to a translation by W.F. Jenner in pdf form, though I am unsure of its copyright status. However, I want the Anthony C. Yu translation ("Complete translation with extensive scholarly introduction and notes"). I haven't looked to see if this is available in ebook form.
