Yeah, that's usually the best position on a new gadget. I bought the cheapest, save one, iPad, knowing that the next iteration will be twice as nice, and figuring that I'll hand off this one to someone else. But frankly, now that i have this one, I don't see how it can be improved enough to warrant getting the next one, unless it is significantly lighter or smaller. But I'm sure Steve will prove me wrong, somehow. The next one will print free money or something.
