PocketBook has the best PDF handling in 5" and 6" EInk devices. See the "PDF Capabilities" row in the E-book Reader Matrix.

That isn't to say that even PocketBook has a "good" PDF capability. EInk is limited for PDFs, because it can't refresh fast enough to pan around the page.
