Tried everything but surprisingly no luck... However, was able to figure out a complete workaround completely by-passing wordplayer. I can just go to the web site in the browser on my phone, and then download the file which I tricked my droid to get it download. Even though it gives me a error message the file is on my phone anyways, and then I import with Aldiko which I prefer anyways....
