I'm very much interested in buying a eReader.

I want an eReader that can read colored PDF files or all types of PDF files.
I do not have internet access or 3g where I stay so these features are not necessary. I have a bundle of PDF files and I just want them to be viewable on the device.
My budget is 100$ to 300$
