I believe it does, at least that is one of my assumptions going into this.
Unfortunately the computer is trash....it spontaneously rebooted several times as I was installing stuff and at least twice came up and said "no operating system!"
I've got it packed up and am returning it within the hour.
I think I'll keep the monitor and we'll see what they say but probably will just insist on my money back instead of exchange.
And I got a grand total of about one hour of sleep last night due to Work/support issues so they best not make me mad....
