Is there a way to remove these?

Or to sort them, a list of books without formats/files?
It's probably a search that's really easy.. but I can't figure it out

This is odd. FSlint finds duplicate files, so how could there be duplicate files, but no formats to choose?

If you want to know where the dupes are, FSLint should tell you the directory structure where it found the file, and that should tell you the author and title. If you really do want to find ebook entries in Calibre's database, with no formats, use this:

Code:
format:false
Edit: Aha, you're deleting the duplicates, and want to find the records you've deleted without telling Calibre. The above will only work for records where you've deleted all formats.
