Not yet. Right now I'm in the "tell everyone in the world via the magic of the internet" phase. After I've done that, I'll write my snail mail letter, including the links where he can go to try and defend his snotty CSRs...

Windows Vista was simple actually. I just never expected
that to work well at all and did not have this level of disappointment. And Windows Whatever (c) that preceded it was no gem, either, so I didn't feel the need to get bac to what I had lost...
