Hi Janette. Like you, I'm no technotop, and I found out the hard way that the Sony library software is less than useless. I discovered Calibre when I found MobileRead over a year ago, and I've never looked back. It's as easy as falling off a high bar stool once you get the hang of it. It offers all kinds of fancy options to the techies, but the basics are a doddle for folks like us. Mind you, I wouldn't change my Sony reader. The company at least got that right. Good luck. Neil
