Definitely the book I think of when "romantic comedy for men" comes up. Best read after
Komarr wherein the romantic interest actually starts. The only fault is that, for my taste, it leans a bit too far to the farce side. I prefer my comedy to be more natural, though
A Civil Campaign was tolerable except for some of the parts with Mark which I can only describe as slapstick. I detest slapstick.
I'm very interested in other novels like that.
