Yup. I like it too and wish I could suggest people go out and buy one. But, I have to be honest with them. It really is the perfect little reader...but it's just not for the technologically faint of heart.
I just read on Good eReader that its basically sold out everywhere and that the company is very pleased with sales....in spite of the problems, they're still a hot item...go figure.
