Wow! I'm impressed with your bike trip, but the idea of tearing pages out of a book... brrr!
As I'm sure you know, you can now get a copy of
Moby Dick from Project Gutenberg. I don't recommend chipping pieces off your iLiad (after it arrives) as you read the book.
