Image zoom / rotate with PocketBook 360 ?

I'm loving my pb 360, and have enjoyed many novels.
I'm now branching out and trying to use my pb360 to read web comics, in particular http://questionablecontent.net/ .
The images are typically PNGs at 600w x 1400h
I'd assumed that the viewer on pb360 would have displayed this comfortably at 100% and had me scroll up and down.

What I get is the image zoomed out to fit on the screen. When I access the menu 'zoom' is greyed out.
  • Am I doing something daft?
  • Should I be able to zoom to 100%?
  • Is there a facility to rotate the images?
  • Are there other Linux image viewers that I could use on my PB?
  • Will I need to pre-process the images to chop them up into smaller lumps?
-I have the latest firmware update

Many thanks
