If you can't find a Secure MobiPocket version, the Secure MS Reader version can be exploded to a DRM-free .oeb e-book (mostly html and images) on a Windows PC using, for example, ConvertLIT. If you zip up the resulting files and change the extension from .zip to .oebzip, then FBReader can read it. Alternatively, convert the exploded html and images to a DRM-free .mobi (.prc) file and read it with MobiPocket Reader or FBReader.
Another solution is to just remove the DRM (using CLIT) without exploding it to HTML and load it into Book Designer and do any need cleanup/fixing of titles and then output to PRC format.
