I disagree, and my experience with the Giveaway of the Day is that, SOMETIMES, they do indeed have only a free trial that lasts a specified number of days.

This has been a very contentious issue at that website, and there have been many complaints.

All I can say is that I have personally experienced it there, and that (also) someone there today reported that the program is only a free trial for 30 days. After that, one must buy the program.
