It's true that for some of us in the near term, a tablet or convertible form factor probably isn't as necessary as some other device characteristics. But the downside right now is that resolution is usually only 1024x600, which is a little small on the vertical side for some use cases. (For example, those using Eclipse or Netbeans to do development.)
