Funny enough, I was one of the recent Woot.com purchasers. I was traveling last week and used the Sony PRS-300 quite a bit for the first time. I have medium-sized hands and am right-handed. It was fairly comfortable to operate using just one hand. It was not too heavy. And, although I am right-handed, I frequently held it in my left hand, resting my left thumb across the bottom of the device to stabilize it and to change pages using the center directional button.
