Actually i like pocketbook 360 very much, but i wonder if it's 5 inch screen would be less comfortable than a 6 inch screen????

As a PB360 owner, and having a Sony PRS-700 (an old 6 inch reader) I can tell that comfort is not an issue. Eventually, the PB360 is more comfortable as it is more pocketable and I find its ergonomics better.
