It doesn't appear that this was force by secret collusion with the environmental goons. Just BP going for the largest pool of oil they could find.
The last people for one to tap for straight information are the people who work for the culprits.
I was reporting something I got DIRECTLY from the Department of Fish and Wildlife. not my view, I'm not an apologist for BP. I am, however, very interested in ALL sides of any situation being heard
