Anything is possible I suppose, but I personally wouldn't touch a Chrome OS tablet, though I do look forward to the Android browser maturing into Chrome mobile (they were developed separately, but are supposed to share more and more code going forward).
A good Android tablet is my first preference right now, followed closely by a Win7 (not "embedded") tablet. It's got to be LCDish with a good power saving, daylight reading tech, but it doesn't have to be PixelQi. I probably wouldn't even waste money on a 1st gen device of that config, though if it was made by a company like HP or Dell, I might be persuaded to, but it would be nice if the first gen would finally come to market so the second gen could get here
during my lifetime.
