The package is cr3-v5-20100528.tar.gz , so on Windows you need a program like 7_ZIP to unzip and open up the tar ball. When you find the folder .cr3 just copy the folder and it's contents to the root of your internal storage or *possibly* the root of your SD storage. I have not tried the SD storage /.cr3 location myself. The next time that you start CoolReader it will be the version in /.cr3 that will start.
