Hmmm. You're quite right, of course, it doesn't seem to say. Sorry 'bout that, I thought it did.
Took some digging, but finally rediscovered the answer for you, it's in
post #50 in this thread, but the short answer is that you have to open the card account by 10/31/07, and it looks like you probably have to redeem it by 01/31/08.
