The Interactive Fiction archive is THE place for adventure games, but you won't (to the best of my knowledge) find Infocom stuff there - it contains games written by individuals, but most of them are "z-code" games which are run using the Infocom "game engine", of which Frotz is one.

Note, by the way, that you can browse the IF archive and download from it from within Frotz itself. Tap the "Story List" button, and then the "Browse IFDB" button from that.
