I made the order through the internet. He e-mailed back to say they were out of stock and it would take 12 days. He offered to help refund the money if that was unacceptable. We ended up in quite a dialog about how he could improve his site. In the end I re-wrote his page to correct the English.
I would send him an e-mail and ask if you could get a different color and then make the order on-line through paypal. I believe paypal gives you 30 days to get get your money back. It will probably take a few days to get a reply since it is the weekend.
