Please be patient, you are surely not the only one they have to answer, and they already answer to you one time, they will a second time and all times necessary to resolve your problem.


This firmware has bug on newest devices, if your device is newer than the release of the 2.0 this should no be the right thing to do to apply this version.

Do you work for Bookeen? All I can say is that if Bookeen wants to continue to be a force at all in the eBook reader market, they have to improve their customer support. Pocketbook has amazing customer support as does Amazon. I've even had good support from Sony when problems with their eBook store have occured (would Bookeen operate an upgrade program like that seen for the PRS500?). Other than access to Mobipocket DRM, I don't see why anyone would by a Bookeen device: the PB301+ and the PB360 are superior in just about every way to their Bookeen analogs.
