If it's a white at sometimes during the production it seems that the soft reset was no more present. They are back on the newest (and only need 2 or nearly seconds for reset)

If you have one of the latests white, this is the only solution if it freeze...

Please be patient, you are surely not the only one they have to answer, and they already answer to you one time, they will a second time and all times necessary to resolve your problem.

This firmware has bug on newest devices, if your device is newer than the release of the 2.0 this should no be the right thing to do to apply this version.
