These seem to be regular rereads, every few years-

Dorothy Dunnett's Lymond Chronicles and House of Niccolo series
Patrick O'Brian's Aubrey/Maturin series
C.J. Cherryh's Chanur series and most of the books from her Alliance/Union universe
Robert Jordan's Wheel of Time
P.G. Wodehouse's Leave It To Psmith and the Blanding's Castle stories

I've read lots of other stuff a couple or three times, but those above are the ones I fully expect to keep rereading. I don't think I've drained the life out of any of 'em. Particularly the Dunnett stuff which is a tough but rewarding read.
