there are days my receptionists don't have me at the top of the good guys list...
As for the meds questions: Antidepressants, except for bupropion, are all indicated by the FDA for treatment of anxiety. I always start out the discussion of such prescribing with, "Now, I know that the label will say antidepressant, but..." and then go on to explain the mechanism of action that allows the med to fix anxiety. Usually better than benzodiazepines, which are primarily indicated for anxiety.
