TXT files and Calibre

Try opening the TXT file in MSWord and saving as an RTF and/or an HTML file before importing the file to Calibre. Calibre converts RTF and HTML files much better than it converts TXT files, at least if converting to EPUB format. I'm not sure about FB2.
