This is one of the few articles that gave recognition to what Amazon does to help people find books. Seems folks think without book stores and librarians, people would never be able to figure out what to read.

Online forums and social networks add to what Amazon and others do to promote books. It's a bit like YouTube. Tens of millions of videos and a few of them "go viral".
