Well here's what i get for being sick a day and a half- scooped! I just sent my article about bridgestone/delta to nate.

Delta-the prototype in Seattle had pen input and also bluetooth, wifi , usb and sd slot. the one on the stand and the one that the reps had showing seperately.

As for Que- it has a pretty good mark up system and notation system. the notes are even attached to the file and go with it when you send it off in an email or to your computer
