I think Sony has a pretty large selection of children's books. I haven't compared it to Kindle or B & N though. And their newer (current) devices have the dictionary feature, that I soooooooooooo wish my PRS-700 had!
(My apologies to all of you who've heard me whine about this lack of dictionary for the 700 at every chance I get!)
