Phase 2: husband has been shown pictures and websites featuring the Pocketbook 360, and I am talking about this cool new technology.
With several months to go before birthday time, I have time for phase 3: Pulling together all the thick old classics from the bookshelf and showing him how much space they take up in a box in the car on their way to Half Price Books (or Goodwill, or any other place but here).
