Conversion from odt from wikipedia book creator workaround

Hi:

Again it is not Calibre fault. Thanks for this great software.

Wikipedia book creator has been improved recently. Now odt output is much better, images and equations are displayed correctly.

When importing to Calibre an odt with equations, most of them are missing, mostly those not inline, i think that it is an epub limitation, I apologize otherwise.

I've found that saving the odt from OpenOffice witer as html and importing this file instead leads to better results. The bad news are that some details of the equations are missing due to poor rendering of the corresponding gifs. The effect is stronger with epub than with lrf, with Calibre viewers, the later seems to dither equation gifs.

Regards.
