An unusual sort of self-help book written by a researcher into the small nooks and crannies of life normally overlooked.
Among other things, he says:
- if you want to buy happiness, spend your money on experiences, not possessions.
- scientifically speaking, if you want to help yourself, help others.
- smiling is not only a sign of happiness, it's a cause.
- one of the best ways to convince people of anything is to tell about your pet frog.
