Well... there are two issues. 1 is the actual leather where a seam has a small place where it has pulled apart... probably due to the sagging problems caused by the frame issue we fixed.

The other is the side of a cushion... between the two sections which is just all cracked and pulling apart... I think a full new piece of vinyl needs to be sewed. We may not bother... I think this couch is going to go to my son's apartment he is renting up in Gainesville while he attends UF. He was in the dorm for the first two years, but starting in August he is renting an unfurnished apartment with one of this friends.

I think those repair kits you mentioned are more for small rips or punctures? Right?
