Are you sure you can trust your editor?
Reader handles UTF-8 strings in both script/xml files just fine.

Well, why not. Someone will come up with extended version of: "please build PRS+ without games and dictionary... and calculator" but hey...
Including them costs next to nothing, it's anyway in firmware and it's anyway loaded lazily.
