All right... you've convinced me. It's off to the market to buy a couple of kilo of nice goon, some fresh coriander (as mine is just planted,) and some Thai prik. I already have some galangal, kaffir lime leaves, and fresh lemongrass. Chicken stock is in the freezer. Dinner is at half seven if you wish to drop by! (Hmmm... maybe I can find some khow niow to go along with it, and even make some pohpia! PARRR-TY! PARRR-TY!! You bring the Beer Chang! (Beer Lao is acceptable but not preferred...)
